We accept returns on any new, unworn items in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase date for store credit or a complete refund All returns must be requested through contacting us by email on hello@loungeandloaf.com. A return shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you after you complete the request. 

 

We inspect all items that are returned and will be unable to issue a refund on any item that show signs of wear, such as stains, odours or residues, or received damaged will be returned to the sender.

 

Items received outside of 30 days of order date are not eligible for a refund.

 

Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when requesting a refund.
